I finished ordering for the week.

I think I should be able to celebrate now; I completed ordering stuff for the week. What?s even better is that 2 of those orders actually came in today, the stuff from Victoria Sampler and the books I ordered from Hoffman. Now I need to take photos of my favorites and post them on here so everyone can see what I like.

I got no stitching done at all, did not even put a needle to fabric today. I did complete the design however, and I cut the fabric for it. Now on Sunday I?ll go over to the local Delica Bead shop and pick the colors I want to use. When I get home I?ll e-mail my supplier and tell her the colors I want so that I can get this puppy started. Maybe I?ll post photos of my progress since no one reads this and no one would know what it is I?m doing anyway.

I?m tired tonight! I bet it?s because I got up at 2AM to be at the bagel place at 2:30. I was late because I had to let all the dogs out to go potty and I overslept. I actually set my alarm for 2PM. Have you ever done that? How dumb was that? Well its official, Angie quit, gave her 1 days notice and left. I get to work now straight through till next Saturday. I?ll go in for a few hours in the early AM to get the new weekend baker a jump start, to make sure she remembers how to do all the stuff. I?ll have Sunday off then work Monday and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday I?ll be off, because Sam (the other baker) is going to Las Vegas for 3 days so I will be working Friday through Friday the next week. I will have a great paycheck, wonder what I can spend it on. (How about a new hot tub cover?)

I?ll have to do laundry over the weekend now because I?ll need uniform clothes for my prolonged week of work, but I can also do some on Wednesday.

I like it when the husband works from home because he can wear sweats and no one knows. It?s great!

I have to get all my patterns that are ready to be printed together, find the models and figure out what Nutz Puppyz I need to make so Jo can take the cover shots for me. That way we can get stuff lined up to go to the printer and the distributor. Got to keep my name out there as a designer you know don’t want to be forgotten.

I really need to post some photos of upcoming designs. Things that are already to go except for the final graph being prepared and the cover shots. Only problem is, the last time I posted designs a so called designer copied my designs. The only ones she did not were the 2 I had not posted yet and 1 that had a lot of white in it and we had a very poor photo of it so it was hard to see on the computer. That sort of crushed me when I went to her booth at market and saw MY designs hanging on her booth walls. I was speechless and anyone that knows me knows that?s a very hard thing to happen indeed.

Ok so next week I need to check on orders again. I know there has to be something I forgot, and I have to get those designs all together. You saw it here first; let?s see how I do next week.
