Did I have fun on Saturday?

I was supposed to be a part of the hardanger angel class on Saturday, but somehow I was not there. I got all my stuff out to stitch, and then put is all away. I got out another project and put that one away as well. I got the stuff out to do Martina’s Christmas Mystery III since the new part was released yesterday, and put all that away as well. I could not seem to get motivated to stitch at all. I did eventually get the hardanger out again and stitch on that a bit. I was just very tired. Not really sure why I guess it is because I see a very long week ahead of me and the time adjustment for getting up at 2AM every morning. What was I thinking that I wanted to go to the week and not my 3 lousy days of the weekend?

Saturday was a very nice day outside anyway. We were normal busy, not enough to make me crazy but not slow either. With Jo’s help we decided what color to begin the winter design with and I got a hold of my crystal lady and ordered what I will need for just that part. I planned to go to the bead place today to choose colors, but I’m way too lazy! I am tired and I have to get lots of laundry done so that I have something to wear this next week at work.

I’m going to steal the camera from the husband and take some photos for this blog. I think I can use it and I know he can upload photos for this as well. He has done it before and he can do it again.

My BIL did the new mail server yesterday as well. My DH actually built the thing (thank you Andy) and the BIL did all the software stuff from afar. (Thanks Matt). I am always amazed that Matt can get into these machines here in Colorado when he lives in South Africa. Amazing!! What can really toast your marshmallows is walking into your office and seeing your computer doing stuff with the mouse moving around and programs coming up and such. First time it happened I thought we had been hacked into, I kept closing the programs and he kept opening them up again. I began to think that the whole system was haunted. Silly Meg!

Well I have some things on my ‘to do?.? list for tomorrow, I hope I’m not so tired that all I do is sit there and be a vegetable. I will go to the bead shop on Wednesday since it is my day off and figure out the colors I want to use. Then I’ll have to figure out how many of them I will need and get them ordered from my bead lady.

I have to go to bed in about 2 hours so I had best make sure I have dry pants and shirts to wear tomorrow.

Have a great stitching day.
